ALLISON FISHER
Swiss Army Knife of Project Management and Production.
Allison is an Atlanta-based Producer, Post-Production Supervisor, and Project Manager specializing in corporate video that people actually want to watch. For the past 9 years, she’s owned projects from initial ask to final delivery, keeping timelines tight, budgets in check, and stakeholders happy (a delicate art). On set, she’s equally comfortable directing seasoned talent, media-trained execs, or someone whose only on-camera experience is a Zoom call—because getting a natural, confident performance is half the job. Allison brings a steady, solutions-focused approach to every project, with just enough good humor to make the process enjoyable along the way.
What She Does
〰️
What She Does 〰️
Frequently “the girl with the binder”, in short, Allison gets things done. From concept development with clients and other creatives; to producing and directing on-set with a production team; to working alongside editors to piece the story together; to final delivery to client… Allison is the lady with a plan who keeps people and projects on track, on message, and on brand.
Project management: Producing inherently necessitates a strong understanding and mastery of project management processes and skills. Essentially, being a project manager who specializes in creative production environments, where timelines are tight, variables change quickly, and both logistics and storytelling have to succeed. Project lifecycle management; resource planning & vendor management, stakeholder management; cope, schedule, and cost control; risk management & adaptability; strategic alignment; team leadership & cross-functional coordination; operational planning & documentation; and insight into product/market awareness… these are all Producer responsibilities and skills with less “creative” and more “corporate” lingo.
One must clearly determine, define, and articulate project needs; set up and lead meetings between stakeholders and appropriate team members; track progress, budgets, and timelines; gather and pass along information to various parties in a clear and timely manner… Ensure stakeholders and team members have everything they need to keep moving forward and happy. It takes a lot to truly be a project owner, and Allison is known as the “go-to-girl” to get. things. done.
Producer: Allison produces video projects from concept through delivery, focusing on execution, efficiency, and story. With a deep understanding of the full production process, she coordinates shoots, builds and manages crew, and translates client goals into a cohesive plan that stays on time and on budget. She is responsible for keeping projects (often, many projects) moving forward—balancing logistics, creative direction, and real-time decision-making as conditions inevitably shift.
She leads teams with an emphasis on trust, clear communication, and accountability, while staying hands-on in the process. From scheduling and scripting to managing deliverables and running efficient, on-topic meetings, Allison brings structure to complex projects without losing sight of creativity and inspiration. By combining strong organization, awareness of current trends, and an understanding of target audiences, her final product is not only polished and professional, but engaging and effective.
Director: Allison directs corporate video with a focus on performance, visual storytelling, and creating a cohesive, collaborative on-set environment. While producing centers on logistics and execution, directing is where she shapes what ultimately appears on screen—working closely with both professional and non-professional talent to draw out authentic, compelling performances, and partnering with diverse crews to achieve a polished, intentional visual style.
She is experienced in stepping into either role independently or balancing both when needed. When directing, Allison’s focus is fully on the creative: translating messaging into strong visual concepts, making real-time decisions on tone and composition, and ensuring every moment captured supports the overall vision. Known for her clear communication and adaptability, she fosters an environment where talent feels confident and crews can do their best work—resulting in content that is both strategically effective and visually engaging.
Post-production supervisor: Most recently, she has added Post-Production Supervision to her scope of work- overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects through the edit phase to final delivery. She develops post-production budgets, timelines, and workflows, ensuring each project is set up for efficiency and success from the start.
Throughout the edit process, Allison tracks progress and maintains clear communication between producers, editors, and clients to keep projects aligned and moving forward. She manages project setup across platforms, distributes assets, controls access and permissions, and ensures teams have everything they need to work effectively. Upon completion, she oversees final delivery and organizes assets within both cloud-based systems and physical archives for long-term accessibility.
Adaptable to the needs of each project, Allison can also step in as an editor when needed, providing additional support while maintaining the overall post-production workflow and quality standards.
At the core, Allison’s role is connecting vision to outcome. She works closely with clients to understand what the final product needs to achieve, then guides every decision—creative and operational—toward that goal. Whether that means adjusting course on the fly during production, refining messaging, or problem-solving under pressure, she keeps both the big picture and the smallest details in focus.
Where She’s Done It

Awarded for the "CAMPAIGN-ADVOCACY & CAUSES" category in 2025.
This Telly was awarded to Allison in recognition of a multi-part series created for Delta Air Lines to be used within Flight Attendant training to continue efforts in leading the fight against human trafficking.
Allison produced and directed this six-part series featuring testimonials from human trafficking survivors to put real identities to a topic often “sanitized” for public consumption. The series serves to emphasize how no two human trafficking cases are the same, but that a common thread amongst them was that the best thing someone can do is be aware of the signs and have the courage to speak out.
Traveler
With Delta Air Lines as one of Allison’s most frequent clients, she has had the opportunity to travel across the United States for her work. She’s coordinated shoots internationally for production teams, but she loves when she gets to hop on a flight herself and highlight stories that make the people of different cities so special. In this travel, Allison has become skilled in working with both Atlanta crews as well as crews local to the area in which they are filming.
She’s worked: across Atlanta, Boston, Los Angeles, Seattle, New Orleans, Salt Lake City, Nashville, Minneapolis, Raleigh, Honolulu (Waikiki), Anchorage, Tampa, Orlando, and Miami.

“I believe video is the closest we can get to directly speaking to our audience. This makes it a unique and beautiful tool for storytelling in both the entertainment and corporate worlds.
It is the most accessible form of communication we have with endless possibilities for creativity and innovation. Let’s harness this power to say something worth listening to.”
