As the country and operations begin returning to normal as Covid-19 surges lessen, Delta Air Lines customers have questions about how they will be impacted. To address some of these concerns, Allison was brought on to a project put out on their social media channels discussing food and beverage service returning on board aircrafts. She used conventions familiar to younger audiences popularized by YouTube bloggers such as pop-ins, jump-cuts, and familiar graphics to bring questions on-screen, really leaning into the social media use of the video.
